These terms govern your use of Fiber First. By using our service, you agree to them. We've written them in plain language so you actually know what you're agreeing to.

The service
Fiber First is a digital fiber and plant diversity tracker built for gut health. It offers two tiers:
- Free — daily fiber tracking, a customizable fiber goal, logging for water, kombucha, and gut-health drinks, the 500+ plant food library, and your daily log streak
- Premium — everything in Free, plus your daily Gut Score (fiber, plants, and water in one number), your full 30-plant week tracked for you, complete hydration tracking (every drink and the water in your food), and every future feature at your locked price
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. One account per person. You must be 16 or older to create an account.
License to use the service
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fiber First for the duration of your subscription, for your own personal use only. This license ends when your subscription ends or when these terms are terminated.
Intellectual property
Fiber First — including the app, the website, the gut score algorithm, the logo, the brand, and all related content — is the property of Holistic Health Collective and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Using the service doesn't transfer any of these rights to you.
Your tracking data is yours. We don't claim ownership of anything you log.
Premium subscription
- Billing currency: All charges are in euros (EUR). If your payment method uses another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own exchange rate.
- Your rate is locked: Your subscription is billed at the rate you signed up at, as long as your subscription stays active
- Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or yearly until you cancel
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access through the end of your current billing cycle
Refunds
Fiber First is a digital subscription service with immediate access, so we don't offer general refunds for subscription charges. The one exception is our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on the yearly Premium plan: log every day for 30 days, reach 30 plants each week, and meet your daily fiber and hydration goals — do all of that and still want your money back, and we'll refund your yearly payment in full (claimed within 7 days of finishing, once per customer). You can cancel anytime to stop future billing. See our Refund Policy for the full conditions.
By signing up with immediate access to the service, you waive your 14-day EU cooling-off period.
Referral program
- How it works: Share your personal invite link. When a friend you invite subscribes to Premium, you earn one free month of Premium (added to your renewal date).
- 90-day attribution: A friend has 90 days from clicking your link to sign up and still be credited to you. That 90-day window is only for signing up — once they've joined as a free member, they stay linked to you until they upgrade to Premium, with no separate deadline on that step.
- When your reward is credited: Your free month is added once your friend's first Premium payment settles. Free signups don't earn a reward unless and until the friend subscribes to Premium.
- Your friend's benefit: A reduced intro price on their first payment — the current welcome offer shown at checkout — after which the standard Premium price applies.
- Refunds and reversals: If a friend's first Premium payment is refunded or reversed — for example through the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee or a chargeback — the related free month is withdrawn. A plain cancellation does not affect a month you've already earned.
- Fair use: No self-referrals. Each new member counts as one referral, credited to one referrer, once. There's no limit on how many friends you can invite. We may withhold rewards for abuse or fraudulent activity.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Fiber First to do anything illegal
- Don't reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to redistribute the app
- Don't share your account with others
- Don't try to break the service or interfere with other users
Your data and content
Your tracking data belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of anything you log. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Not medical advice
Fiber First is a tracking tool, not medical advice. The information in the app is educational. Don't make medical decisions based on your gut score, fiber intake, or anything else in the app. Talk to a qualified healthcare provider for medical guidance.
Service availability
We do our best to keep Fiber First running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Bugs, outages, and maintenance happen. We're not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.
Indemnification
If you misuse the service in a way that causes legal claims against us — by violating these terms, breaking the law, or infringing someone else's rights — you agree to defend us against those claims and reimburse us for any costs, damages, or settlements we have to pay.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiber First and Holistic Health Collective are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before any claim.
Termination
You can cancel your subscription anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account for cause, no refund is owed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes are resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply. The invalid part will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll provide notice of significant changes. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
