Refund Policy

Short version: We don't offer general refunds — but the yearly Premium plan comes with our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: do the work for 30 days, and if it's not for you, your money back. The monthly plan is simply cancel-anytime. Either way, you keep access through the end of your current billing cycle.
Why no refunds?
Fiber First is a digital subscription service. The moment your subscription starts, you get full access to all Premium features. Because the value is delivered immediately and ongoing, refunds aren't part of how we operate.
You can cancel anytime, so the risk to you is small.
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (yearly plan)
We stand behind your yearly Premium plan with a money-back promise — you just have to do the work.
You qualify for a full refund of your yearly payment if, in your first 30 days, you:
- logged your intake every day
- reached 30 different plants each week
- met your daily fiber goal
- met your daily hydration goal
Your 30-day window begins the day after your yearly purchase — your first full day — so a partial activation day never counts against you.
If you've done all of that and still want your money back, email [email protected] within 7 days of finishing your 30 days (between day 30 and day 37). We'll refund your yearly payment in full, and you keep your free Fiber First account.
This guarantee applies only to your first yearly Premium subscription, once per customer. It doesn't apply to renewals, re-subscriptions, or repeat claims.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings
- Cancellation stops future charges
- You keep access through the end of your current billing cycle
- No refund is issued for the current billing period
EU 14-day cooling-off waiver
Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days to withdraw from digital service purchases. When you sign up for Fiber First with immediate access to the service, you waive this 14-day right in exchange for using the app right away.
This is standard for subscription apps, and you agree to this policy when you subscribe.
Exceptions
We will issue refunds in these cases:
- Duplicate charges — if you were accidentally charged twice for the same period
- Billing errors — if the wrong amount was charged
- Extended service outages — if the app is unavailable for more than 30 consecutive days, you can request a pro-rated credit or refund
How to cancel
Cancellation is free and takes effect immediately for future billing. You keep access through the end of your current billing cycle.
